CMBR Graphics

This is a CMBR graphics package which I am developing. It can be used for the visualization and analysis of CMBR data, up to a resolution of 4 million pixels. This is under the project of Cambridge Planck Analysis Centre (CPAC), part of the Planck mission.

This 3D package is written in C, C++, Fortran, and Open Inventor/GL, on a SGI Origin2000 parallel supercomputer, COSMOS. It can now use different projection methods to visualize the CMBR data with any pixelization and color schemes. It can also calculate the power spectrum, using an ECP approach invoking Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The user interface is done through graphic windows and interactive mouse control, so that any task can be easily done.
